Download & install BetterPose

Open the downloaded installer and follow the prompts to install BetterPose.

Enter your beta code

On first launch, paste the beta code you received when prompted. BetterPose activates instantly.

Allow camera access & calibrate

Grant webcam permission, sit upright, and tap Calibrate. BetterPose will learn your posture baseline.

Get to work

BetterPose runs quietly in the background and nudges you when your posture slips.
